HISTORY

JADE has had three owners from new and has been actively maintained. Last out of the water in September 2024 with antifoul and anodes renewed in June 2025. The engine was last serviced in June 2025 by the owner. No accident or insurance claim history. The yacht is currently ashore at Preveza, Greece with mooring fees paid until 31 August 2026.

LAYOUT

The Oceanis 40 CC’s interior layout features a forward guest cabin with adjacent head, a central saloon with U-shaped seating and nav station, and an aft full-beam owner’s cabin with ensuite. The centre cockpit design enables excellent cabin height and privacy between living spaces, making it ideal for two couples or long-term liveaboard comfort.

DOMESTIC

The galley includes a hob, oven, grill, double sink, cool box, refrigerator, and pressurised hot and cold water system. Additional comforts include a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and ample ventilation throughout. A microwave is also fitted. Upholstery, curtains, and wood flooring present the interior in warm and serviceable condition.
