ALTAIR is a Custom 38’ Downeast style Cruiser built in 1988 to the highest standards by Jim Foley of Foley Boatbuilding. Her first owner was George H.W. Bush’s cousin who contracted Foley, Glenn Holland and Wesmac to design and build this vessel. Her present owner purchased her in 1999. He had the flybridge installed by Patten’s Boatyard in Eliot, Maine, having purchased the flybridge from Northern Bay. ALTAIR is a beautifully appointed boat and a stand-out in her condition, design and build quality.
