Advantages of the IPS drive system include noise and fume reduction, maneuvering capability and fuel efficiency. By utilizing the space advantages of the IPS drive, Tiara Yachts designers were able to open up the 3900’s salon and increase the size of the head, including installing a full-frame door and stall shower. The extra space was also put to practical use creating a theater-lounging area. The Sovran 3900 is a very livable yacht with comfortable accommodations, well-appointed galley and a queen island owner’s suite.
